Privacy Policy

What we collect from customers

Account info (name, email), the content you add to your workspace (categories, keywords, synonyms, content blocks, templates, images and lead form settings), and usage telemetry (page-load timings, error logs) to keep the Service running.

What we collect on your landing pages

When someone visits a landing page served by LandingEngine, we record the URL they arrived on, the keywords read from that URL and from the ad platform's parameters, the referring source, and a first-party visitor cookie with a click ID. If you turn on outbound link tracking, conversion tracking or lead forms, we also record those clicks, purchases and form submissions so they can be attributed back to the keyword. This data belongs to you (our customer) and is used only to run your reports.

What we don't do

Cookies

On this website: one session cookie per signed-in browser, and no third-party trackers on the marketing site. On landing pages we serve for you: one first-party visitor cookie, used to tie clicks and conversions to the keyword that brought the visitor in.

Subprocessors

Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (CDN), Let's Encrypt (TLS certificates, including for custom domains). Full list and DPA available on request.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from /profile.cgi. EU / UK / California residents have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA; reach out to privacy@landing.webanalyticsinc.com. If you run LandingEngine on your own site, you are responsible for telling your visitors about the tracking you turn on.

Security

Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. All traffic, including custom domains, is served over TLS.

Retention

Customer content and visitor tracking data are kept while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation.
